I often double the recipe, and just cook the pasta on the stove top while the soup comes to pressure and cooks (doubling the recipe takes a bit longer to come to pressure). I also omit the salt in the recipe because I found it to be too salty. Added some garlic, italian seasoning and a pinch of red pepper. (Used orzo instead) Easy and delish!! I loved this so much!
